Dr. Garry McDaniel is a professor in the Master of Business
Administration program at Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio. Garry brings over 22 years
experience as an executive, developing leadership talent on a
global basis. His skills include succession-planning, strategic
planning, organization development, workforce and career
planning, identification of leadership and management success
factors, mentoring programs, web-based management tools,
performance management, team-building and 360 feedback systems.
Garry is also the author
of Managing The Business (Garland Publishing, 1999) which
describes how the most effective leaders conceptualize, apply
and align tactical and strategic management systems with
business strategy. In addition, he has authored numerous
articles and book chapters on organization design, leadership,
team building, performance management, and diversity.
Dr. McDaniel is a
dynamic and engaging speaker, having presented throughout the
United States and Australia. In addition to his
assignments at Franklin University, he has conducted executive retreats,
strategic planning sessions, and workshops on developing
organization vision, mission and values, management skills,
mentoring, coaching, career development, facilitating great
meetings, professional networking, behavioral interviewing,
conflict resolution and team building, team leadership and
attracting, developing and retaining top talent.
